Do people need an account to fill in the form?
No. Anyone with the link can submit a row.
Can I hide some fields from the public form?
Today a share link shows the list's form. Choosing columns per link is planned (PROPOSAL).
Can I get notified of new entries?
Yes. Turn on email alerts for new rows in List Settings.
